Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Modhaus (hereinafter referred to as "Company") and members concerning the use of Cosmo web/app services (hereinafter referred to as "Cosmo") and digital content (hereinafter referred to as "Content") and related services provided online through it.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows:

  1. "Cosmo" refers to a service where users defined as fans of Modhaus artists can consume, participate in, and use various related content and services related to Modhaus artists.
  2. "User" refers to a person who accesses the internet site opened by the "Company" for content transactions and intends to use the "Content" and related services provided by the "Company" according to these terms and conditions.
  3. "Member" refers to a "User" who has entered into a usage contract with the "Company" and has been granted an account, continuously receiving information from the "Company" and continuously using the services provided by the "Company."
  4. "Objekt" refers to digital goods containing materials or information such as symbols, letters, shapes, colors, voices, sounds, images, and videos related to Modhaus artists (including their combinations), which users can obtain through rewards and purchases for activities within the service.
  5. "Como" refers to virtual data provided by the Company for using "Content" and related services related to "Cosmo," which the Company sets arbitrarily and provides for free based on user activities without any property value.
  6. "Paid Service" refers to various services or digital products of the "Company" that "Members" can purchase and use for a fee within Cosmo.
  7. "SHOP" refers to a place within Cosmo where "Objekt" can be purchased.
  8. "GRAVITY" refers to voting that contributes to the directionality of activities related to Modhaus artists through "Como."

Article 3 (Provision of Identity Information, etc.)

The "Company" posts the contents of these terms and conditions, trade name, representative's name, business address (including the address where consumer complaints can be handled), phone number, fax number, email address, business registration number, mail-order-sales registration number, and personal information management officer on the initial screen of the online service so that "Users" can easily access them. However, the terms and conditions can be viewed through a linked screen by "Users."
